Here Comes the 2nd Annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest!
Homeowners at the Meadows in BelleVista have another round of holiday fun in store with the 2nd annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest in 2022! And this special holiday season homeowners have 3 chances - not just 1 - to win a cash prize for their most creative outdoor holiday displays.
This year's 3 prizes are $200.00 (1st place), $75.00 (second place), and $50.00 (third place).
Judging will be performed by a representative of ERA New Age, Open Heart lighting, and a local photographer/graphic artist.
Holiday Home Decorating Contest Information/Rules –
1. The Contest is open to all homeowners of residential properties located in The Meadows subdivision of BelleVista in Silt, CO.
2. Exterior holiday decorations for homes in The Meadows will be judged the evening of Friday, December 16th, 2022 and notification of the winner will be on Saturday, December 17th 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Sales Trailer, located at 2399 W Sabino Lane in Silt, CO.
3. A $200.00 cash prize will be awarded for 1st place, $75.00 for 2nd place, and $50.00 for 3rd place for the homes judged in order as having the 3 best exterior holiday decorating displays, with a check being delivered either in person to the homeowner at the Sales Trailer or via mail to the homeowner’s address on file.
4. A photo of the prize-winning properties will be displayed on the BelleVistaColorado Facebook page.
5. Becoming a participant in the BelleVista Holiday Home Decorating Contest grants permission to BelleVista to display the winning property photo on Facebook.
6. Homeowner name and/or address of the contest winner will not be used on Facebook without prior permission.
7. The decision of the judges is final.
8. The $200.00, $75.00, and $50.00 cash awards for the 3 winners of the BelleVista Holiday Home Decorating Contest constitute the entire winnings.
