An Upcoming BelleVista Holiday Home Decorating Contest -

With another door hanger distributed throughout BelleVista recently, it introduced an exciting and fun Holiday Home Decorating Contest for lit exterior holiday decorations open to all homeowners in BelleVista!

The winner of the home judged to have the most impressive lit holiday decorations will bring the homeowner a cash prize of $200.00!

The judging will be performed by some talented folks that include a marketing specialist with ERA real estate on the front range as well as some of our own local lighting pros who did a terrific job with the lighting at the BelleVista Sales Trailer. They'll be setting out on the evening of Friday, Dec 17th from 6pm to 7pm to look at all the BelleVista homes that are lit up during that time - and making their decision on a winner from one of those.

BelleVista Holiday Home Decorating Contest - Information/Rules

1. The Contest is open to all homeowners of residential properties located in The Meadows at BelleVista in Silt, CO.

2. Exterior lit holiday displays for homes in The Meadows will be viewed on the evening of December 17th 2021 between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Judges for the contest will be driving by each home that has lit holiday displays that are turned on during that time period. They will make their final determination of the winning property from those homes, with the winning property being announced on December 18th 2021 between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm at the Holiday Open House at the Sales Trailer located at 2399 W Sabino Lane in Silt, CO.

3. A $200.00 cash prize will be awarded for the home judged as having the best exterior lit holiday decorating display, with a check being delivered either in person to the homeowner at the Holiday Open House event or if not in attendance, via mail to the homeowner’s address on file.

4. A photo of the winning property will be displayed on the BelleVistaColorado Facebook page.

5. Becoming a participant in the BelleVista Holiday Home Decorating Contest grants permission to BelleVista to display the winning property photo on Facebook.

6. Homeowner name and/or address of the winning property will not be used on

Facebook without prior written permission.

7. The decision of the judges is final.

8. The $200.00 cash award constitutes the entire winnings.
